Check In/Pickup Location Details

  • Please arrive at the check-in location at least 15 minutes prior to the departure time. The ticket office is located just opposite the main entrance to the Tower.
    Guests will receive a confirmation voucher upon booking containing their tour details along with directions to the meeting point.
    Your guide will be wearing a blue polo shirt or jacket at the meeting point for easy recognition and will be holding a sign with the tour name.

Restrictions

  • This activity is not wheelchair accessible.
  • Guests with a limited range of movement are not permitted to participate in this activity.
  • Strollers are not allowed in this tour.

Additional Notes

  • Please note that the Changing of the Guard will not operate when it is raining and will be replaced with an extended walking tour.
  • Depending on the day, you will see either the Changing of the Guards at Buckingham Palace or the Horse Guards Parade. On some occasions, the Changing of the Guard may be cancelled on a short notice.
  • Due to increased security measures at many attractions, some lines may form even on tours with skip-the-line, VIP or early access.
  • Flash photography is not permitted inside the Tower of London.
  • The activity schedule is subject to change or cancellation due to weather or traffic conditions.
  • To guarantee small group experience, this tour will be limited to a maximum of twenty-five (25) guests.
  • Please note that this tour does include a tour inside the Buckingham Palace.
